George and W. May. To them several thinkers of the United States and Canada such as R. Shaw, R. Lawler, J. C. Ford, R. A. Connor, T. Kennedy, among others. That School attributes the recovery of “the authentic” version of Saint Thomas of Aquino of the natural law, by a new reinterpretation of it, when understanding that it has been deformed by later theologians morals. In one first stage, the work approaches the central positions of the NEDN, mainly of Germain Grisez and John Finnis, without neglecting to its followers and critics. Secondly, and by questioning of the NEDN, becomes taking care of the sources of the prohibition precise, that is to say, the concept of law in Thomas of Aquino and their inclination in the nature and the practical rationality.
