Abuso sexual infantil y dinámica familiar

Abstract

Resumen: De acuerdo con Minuchin (1983), las jerarquías que involucran reglas de poder determinan la funcionalidad o disfuncionalidad de ésta. En las familias que atraviesan problemáticas de la violencia y el conflicto existiría un predominio de la jerarquía. El poder sería desigual y rígido, existiría una figura familiar con más poder, en la mayoría de los casos, sería el progenitor el dominante y el que abusaría del otro, con menor poder, que podría ser la esposa o hijos. Este desequilibrio de poder estaría dado por antecedentes de la historia personal de quienes estarían involucrados en este tipo de relaciones o sería producto de maniobras de control en la relación, de esta manera, se perpetuaría la violencia. Las triangulaciones perversas llevarían a agresiones sexuales entre los miembros, las cuales, darían lugar a patologías más severas. El abuso sexual intrafamiliar es considerado como una forma particular de violencia y de poder. Referencia al contacto o interacción sexual entre un niño víctima y un adulto agresor, que sería integrante de la familia. El agresor manipula al vínculo familiar mediante la utilización de poder que le otorgaría su rol, sería una agresión reiterada en el tiempo, en donde, se impondría la dinámica del secreto, siendo tardía su revelación. Este ejercicio de poder y de secreto se desarrollan en familias con características disfuncionales como resultado de factores que bloquean o perturban los mecanismos que regulan la sexualidad en el interior de la familia (Barudy, 1998).

Abstract: According to Minuchin (1983), hierarchies that involve rules of power determine the functionality or dysfunctionality of it. In families that go through problems of violence and conflict there would be a predominance of hierarchy. The power would be unequal and rigid, there would be a family figure with more power, in most cases, the parent would be the dominant and the abuser of the other, with less power, which could be the wife or children. This imbalance of power would be given by antecedents of the personal history of those who would be involved in this type of relations or would be the product of control maneuvers in the relation, in this way, the violence would be perpetuated. The perverse triangulations would lead to sexual aggressions among the members, which would lead to more severe pathologies. Intrafamily sexual abuse is considered as a particular form of violence and power. Reference to contact or sexual interaction between a child victim and an adult aggressor, who would be a member of the family. The aggressor manipulates the family bond through the use of power that would grant his role, it would be a repeated aggression in time, where the dynamics of secrecy would be imposed, and its revelation was late. This exercise of power and secrecy develops in families with dysfunctional characteristics as a result of factors that block or disrupt the mechanisms that regulate sexuality within the family (Barudy, 1998).
