Apostilla sobre el término "Estado" y sobre el binomio "Estado y Sociedad civil"

Abstract

Resumen: En esta breve nota se defiende la validez del uso del término “Estado” para designar a la comunidad política y, tras haber comentado la distinción entre comunidad y sociedad, se analiza críticamente la antinomia entre “Estado y sociedad civil”.

Abstract: This brief note defends the validity of the use of the term “State” to designate the political community and, after having commented on the distinction between community and society, the antinomy between “State and civil society” is critically analyzed.

Sommario: Questa breve nota difende la validità dell’uso del termine “Stato” per designare la comunità politica e, dopo aver commentato la distinzione tra comunità e società, viene analizzata criticamente l’antinomia tra “Stato e società civile”.
