Comercio y mercaderes en el Valle del Duero : siglos XV y XVI

Abstract

Resumen: El artículo analiza la evolución del comercio en el valle del Duero en los siglos XV y XVI, destacando cómo las actividades comerciales y financieras estuvieron muy desarrolladas en esos momentos. Se estudian las características generales de la economía, los factores del crecimiento mercantil, las redes de comercio interior y las ferias, junto con el comercio exterior con Europa y América.

Abstract: This article analyses the evolution of trade in the Duero valley during the XV and XVIth centuries. After explaining how commercial and financial activities were highly developed at that time, the paper studies the general characteristics of the economy, the factors of trade growth, the networks of internal trade and fairs, as well as foreign trade with Europe and America.
