El Concilio Vaticano II : acontecimiento eclesial, teologal, humano

Abstract

Resumen: En este texto el autor nos ofrece una aproximación al Concilio Vaticano II desde la perspectiva de los discursos de Juan XXIII y Pablo VI, en diálogo con la reflexión eclesiológica de Ghislain Lafont. A una distancia de medio siglo del acontecimiento del Concilio, intenta señalar la profundidad evangélica de los pontífices y la matriz teologal del Vaticano II. Asumiendo lo diverso y novedoso del contexto actual, estos aportes ofrecen, finalmente, desde el Concilio, algunas sugerencias para la Nueva Evangelización.

Abstract: In a dialogue with the ecclesiological reflections of Ghislain Lafont, in this text the author approaches the Second Vatican Council from the perspective of the discourses of John XXIII and Pius VI. At the distance of half a century since the Council took place, he endeavors to point out the evangelical profundity of the Pontiffs and the theological matrix of Vatican II. Finally, assuming the diversity and novelty of the present context, the contribution offers, from the Council, some suggestion for the New Evangelization.
