Parte del estudio de las clarificaciones jurídicas realizadas en 2016 por la Sede Apostólica. Abstract: This article analyzes the canonical and juridical meaning of the “previous enquiry” to the Holy See that canon 579 establishes before the founding of a diocesan law institute by diocesan Bishop.
