Resumen :	Resumen: La importancia de la promulgación de toda ley eclesiástica se expresa también en el medio empleado para su publicación. A partir de tres ejemplos de leyes universales, el autor analiza el presente de la publicación oficial siguiendo el canon 8 y las consecuencias de su interpretación, conforme al canon 17. Abstract: The importance of eclesiastical law promulgation is also expressed in the means by which it is promulgated. Through three examples of universal laws, the author analyzes the current situation of official promulgation according to canon 8 and the consequences of its interpretation according to canon 17.
