Comentario al discurso del Santo Padre Francisco a los jueces, oficiales, abogados y colaboradores del Tribunal Apostólico de la Rota Romana (23-01-15)

Abstract

Resumen: Al inicio del año judicial, el Romano Pontífice en su alocución a la Rota Romana, recuerda el ambiente que viven los fieles que se preparan para celebrar el matrimonio, así como las crisis que los rodean y envuelven. Dentro del clima sinodal sobre la familia, el comentario recuerda la importancia de la intencionalidad y del discernimiento entre error y exclusión de las propiedades esenciales de este sacramento de vida y amor.

Abstract: In his speech to the Roman Rota at the beginning the judicial year, the Roman Pontiff remembers the environment where faithful who prepare to celebrate marriage lives, as well as the crisis that surrounds them. Inside the synodal atmosphere about family, the current article remembers the importance of intention and judgment between error and exclusion of essential attributes of this life and love sacrament.
