El juicio prudencial en el derecho

Abstract

Resumen: La virtud de la prudencia es indispensable en el derecho. Sin esta no habría perfección y orden. Esta reflexión recuerda que para ejercitar la prudencia es necesario tener una tendencia para que todos los actos a realizar sean verdaderos y buenos, es decir que nazcan del conocimiento de la cosa, de un juicio reflexivo y con conclusiones certeras y aplicables.

Abstract: Virtue of prudence is necessary to the law. Without it there would not exist perfection and order. This reflection remembers that for being prudent it is necessary to have an inclination to performing true and good acts, that is to say, acts that originate in the knowledge of the thing, in a reflective judgment and that have accurate and applicable consequences.
