La inteligibilidad de los fenómenos jurídicos y la justicia

Abstract

Resumen: El texto busca analizar la inteligibilidad del fenómeno jurídico que se presenta en los casos donde puede analizarse la conducta jurídica. Para tal objetivo se detiene en la cuestión sobre el fin unificante de la conducta humana para poder comprender su inteligibilidad e intención. Por último, se distingue la verdad ontológica del Derecho de la verdad lógica en autores contemporáneos que siguen la tradición clásica sobre el concepto de Derecho.

Abstract: The text seeks to analyze the intelligibility of the legal phenomenon that occurs in cases where the legal behavior can be analyzed. To that end it stops on the question of the unifying goal of human behavior to understand their intelligibility and intention. Finally, the ontological truth of the law of logical truth in contemporary authors who follow the classical tradition of the concept of law is distinguished.
