El cuerpo teologal: la experiencia de la encarnación y la teología del cuerpo de Cristo

Abstract

La temática de la corporalidad se presenta como una de las grandes problemáticas de nuestro tiempo. Tanto en el ámbito de la filosofía actual, desde las perspectivas filosóficas de la mente y ciencias cognitivas y de la fenomenología, como en el campo de la teología especulativa, se ha promocionado y potenciado el estudio acerca del cuerpo humano. La teología del cuerpo de Cristo, como centro referencial máximo del misterio de la corporeidad humana, es propuesta para el tratamiento del cuerpo humano en cuanto intencional. Atendiendo a los aportes de la teología contemporánea, se realiza una caracterización de la noción de cuerpo teologal en sus dimensiones eclesial, sacramental y escatológica.

The theme of corporality is presented as one of the great problems of our time. Both in the field of current philosophy, from the philosophical perspectives of the mind and cognitive sciences and the phenomenology, as well as in the field of speculative theology, the study of the human body has been promoted and enhanced. The theology of the body of Christ, as the maximum referential center of the mystery of human corporeality, is proposed for the treatment of the human body as intentional. Considering the contributions of contemporary theology, a characterization of the notion of theological body is developed in its ecclesial, sacramental, and eschatological dimensions.
