La dignidad de la persona humana: Reflexiones sobre la clonación a la luz de Nunca me abandones

Abstract

En una Inglaterra distópica, las criaturas crecen con un solo futuro posible: serán donantes de órganos para aquellas personas que los necesiten. A través de la mirada de Kathy H., veremos la crueldad que sufren estas criaturas que, descubriremos, son clones humanos “pero no personas”. Así, el concepto de persona se ve continuamente cuestionado: ¿en qué categoría entran estos donantes? El trabajo mostrará, entonces, los riesgos que trae tratar a algunos seres humanos como pertenecientes a una categoría inferior –que, en esta obra, permite incluso mutilarlos hasta la muerte.

This work deals with the relationships that exist between the science of ad ministrative law and philosophy. For this, a contrast is made between the reflections of two Argentine administrative experts: Carlos Balbín and Fernando García Pullés. The choice of these two jurists is based on the fact that they conceive their object of study in a substantially different way. In this way, the proposed goal is to reveal, based on the legal-scientific reflections of the Argentine authors, the link that exists between certain metaphysical, anthropological and epistemological theses, and the various ways of con ceptualizing administrative law and, therefore, consequently, to address their specific problems.
