Argentina reveló que sólo el 31% de las máximas autoridades son
mujeres. El trabajo analiza los factores que provocan la desigualdad
en el liderazgo de la mujer dentro del poder judicial, a partir de una
serie de entrevistas realizadas a juezas pertenecientes al fuero penal,
de familia, penal económico, laboral y civil y comercial The latest edition of the Gender Map of Argentine Justice revealed that only 31% of the highest authorities are women. The work analyzes the factors that cause inequality in women's leadership within the judiciary, based on the narratives of judges that decide in criminal, family, labor, civil and commercial matters. |
