Comenzando a pensar las redes

Abstract

Resumen: El artículo busca dilucidar si las redes implican un modo de relación humana y social específico y diferenciado, si se montan sobre otros tipos de relacionalidad pre-existentes y si tienden o no a desplazar o a absorber dentro de su lógica al resto de las relaciones humanas y sociales. Para ello se identifican algunos rasgos de las relaciones en red en comparación con otros tipos de relaciones humanas y sociales, y su dinámica. Luego, se aborda la cuestión desde el campo del derecho y de la economía, a partir de las investigaciones de diversos autores. Por último, se valoran estas nuevas formas de relación en red y sus consecuencias en la conformación de las relaciones en el ámbito jurídico, económico, humano y social.

Abstract: The article seeks to elucidate if networks entail a specific and differentiated means of human and social relation, if they are based on other preexisting types of relationality and whether they tend to displace or absorb within their logic the rest of human and social relations. To do this, the paper identifies some network’s features in comparison with other types of human and social relationships, and their dynamics. Then, the author faces the subject from the point of view of Law and Economics, on the basis of several authors. Finally, these new forms of network relationality and their consequences are valued regarding their influence in shaping relationships in the human and social sphere.
