Resumen : Abstract: The paper herein reflects upon the evolution of trunk orthoses from interactivity perspective, based on different theoretical frameworks and technological revolutions. From this approach, it proposes a simplifying classification of orthoses, which considers not only materials and technological innovations, but also biomechanical actions, and revolutionary aspects such as the new models of connectivity that will take place in the future of this design field in society 5.0.
