Resumen : Abstract: In the Buenos Aires‘s fields the members of the Justice were not lawyers, since Valentín Alsina promoted the law of the 28th November 1853, in which justice had to be applied by judge-lawyers in a first instance. This article researches, by parliamentary discussion and the press, that reform of the Justice.
