Comentarios a la instrucción ‘Dignitas personae’

Abstract

Resumen: En la primera sección de Introducción se presentan los aspectos antropológicos, teológicos y éticos de la vida humana y su procreación; describe los contenidos de la instrucción Dignitas personae que estudia el respeto a la dignidad de la vida humana desde su concepción como persona y antes de ella como fruto del matrimonio entre el hombre y la mujer. En la segunda sección estudiamos los Nuevos aspectos doctrinales de la Instrucción. En ella se resume el contenido de la segunda y tercera partes de la Instrucción. En la tercera sección del artículo se resumen los Resultados y discusión. Y en la cuarta sección presentamos las Conclusiones desde el punto de vista bioético y del Magisterio de la Iglesia.

Abstract: The first section of the Introduction presents the anthropological, theological and ethical aspects of human life and its procreation; it describes the contents of the instruction Dignitas personae which studies respect for the dignity of human life from its conception as a person and before it as the fruit of marriage between a man and a woman. In the second section we study the New Doctrinal Aspects of the Instruction. It summarizes the content of the second and third parts of the Instruction. The third section of the article summarizes the Results and discussion. And in the fourth section we present the Conclusions from the bioethical and Magisterial point of view of the Church.
