La escuela pianística del maestro Vicente Scaramuzza : conceptos técnico-musicales y estrategias didácticas a través del testimonio de sus alumnos

Abstract

Resumen: Formado en la tradición de la escuela napolitana de piano, Vicente Scaramuzza es reconocido hoy como uno de los profesores argentinos más importante del siglo XX. La enseñanza que impartió este maestro calabrés en Argentina entre 1907 y 1968 formó a un nutrido grupo de pianistas, algunos de los cuales han llegado a ser figuras de referencia en el ámbito docente y pianístico, tanto argentino como internacional. Se describen los principales rasgos técnico-musicales y didácticos que caracterizan la escuela de este maestro llegados a nosotros a través del testimonio de algunos de sus alumnos, entre otros: Bruno L. Gelber, Antonio De Raco, Mª Rosa Oubiña, Elisabeth Westerkamp, Sylvia Kersenbaum, Cristina Filoso, Beba Pugliese, Adela Barroso, Carmen Piazzini, Cristina Viñas, Ricardo Holassian y Edda Mª Sangrígoli.

Abstract: Formed in the tradition of the Neapolitan piano school, Vicente Scaramuzza is recognized today as one of the most important argentine teachers of the twentieth century. The teaching that gave this master calabrian in Argentina between 1907 and 1968 formed a large group of pianists, some of which have come to be figures of reference in the teaching sphere and pianístico, both Argentine and international. Describes the main features technical-musical and didactic that characterize the school of this master arrived to us through the testimony of some of their pupils, among others: Bruno L. Gelber, Antonio de Raco, Mª Rosa Oubiña, Elisabeth Westerkamp, Sylvia Kersenbaum, Cristina Filoso, Beba Pugliese, Adela Barroso, Carmen Piazzini, Cristina Viñas, Ricardo Holassian and Edda Mª Sangrígoli.
