Abstract

Resumen: Este artículo desarrolla una investigación comenzada en otro anterior, con relación al modo en que deben computarse las mayorías en la Corte Suprema. Se pone de manifiesto la relevancia del concepto de quórum y sus virtualidades en el ámbito de los tribunales colegiados. Se concluye que, durante un período importante de su historia, la Corte Suprema Argentina computó la mayoría sobre el quórum, a la americana.
