Biografía
Gisela Ferrari es estudiante del Doctorado en Ciencias Jurídicas de la Universidad Católica Argentina y becaria doctoral del CONICET. Actualmente estudia la influencia del Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos en la Corte Suprema argentina. Sus intereses de investigación se centran en el derecho constitucional, el derecho internacional de los derechos humanos y el derecho internacional público; especialmente, el diálogo judicial y la utilización del derecho comparado en la interpretación constitucional. Gisela es docente en la Universidad Católica Argentina y en la Universidad Austral, donde enseña derecho constitucional y derechos humanos. Es Co-Editora en Jefe de la Revista Internacional de Derechos Humanos. Ha sido investigadora invitada en el Instituto Max Planck de Historia Jurídica Europea y en iCourts Copenhagen, además de ser miembro visitante del Laureate Project in Comparative Constitutional Law en Melbourne Law School. Anteriormente, Gisela estudió en London School of Economics and Political Science, donde completó un LL.M. en Derecho Público.

Gisela Ferrari is a PhD student at the Catholic University of Argentina. She is currently studying the influence of the European Court of Human Rights on the Supreme Court of Argentina. Her research interests are in human rights law, public international law, and constitutional law, especially judicial dialogue and cross‐jurisdictional constitutional interactions. Gisela is a Lecturer at the Catholic University of Argentina and at Universidad Austral, where she teaches constitutional law and human rights law. She is Co-Editor in Chief of Revista Internacional de Derechos Humanos. She has been a guest researcher at the Max Planck Institute for European Legal History and at iCourts Copenhagen, as well as a visiting fellow with the Laureate Project in Comparative Constitutional Law at Melbourne Law School. Previously, Gisela was at the London School of Economics and Political Science, where she completed an LL.M. in Public Law.
