El origen del reutemanismo y la dinámica organizacional del PJ santafesino (1990-1991)

Abstract

Resumen: El estudio del Partido Justicialista santafesino para la década del noventa, en particular en torno a las elecciones provinciales que tuvieron lugar en 1991, nos lleva a preguntarnos por las tensiones organizacionales del PJ santafesino entre la década del ochenta y los primeros años noventa teniendo como corolario la candidatura a gobernador de C. A. Reutemann. En la perspectiva de nuestro trabajo, el PJ santafesino inicia la nueva década como una fuerza incapaz de construir un proyecto unificador que le proveyera de coherencia programática. Es así como la intervención del Consejo Provincial Justicialista por parte de su Consejo Nacional está situada en un partido político provincial que atravesaba una fuerte interna en su seno pero que logró conservar el poder adaptándose a la coyuntura política y realizando cambios en su estructura interna llevando al justicialismo a una tercera administración consecutiva desde 1983 en la gobernación de Santa Fe.

Abstract: The study of the Justicialist Party in Santa Fe for the nineties, particularly around the provincial elections that took place in 1991, leads us to ask about the organizational tensions of the Santa Fe PJ between the eighties and the early nineties, having as a corollary the candidacy to governor of C. A. Reutemann. In the perspective of our work, the Santa Fe PJ starts the new decade as a force incapable of building a unifying project that would provide it with programmatic coherence. Thus, the intervention of the Justicialist Provincial Council by its National Council is located in a provincial political party that went through a strong internal in its bosom but managed to conserve power adapting to the political situation and making changes in its internal structure leading to Justicialism to a third consecutive administration since 1983 in the governorship of Santa Fe.
