dc.description.abstract	Resumen: El presente de la Curia Romana incluye un proceso de reformas iniciado a partir del pontificado de Francisco. Una reforma que desea responder al espíritu y fin de este órgano de ayuda a la autoridad suprema de la Iglesia. Siguiendo un criterio cronológico, este estudio reconoce en la misma historia de la Iglesia, que las estructuras y sus reformas deben sostenerse en un camino de discernimiento y adecuación de los tiempos.	es
dc.description.abstract	Abstract: The present of Roman Curia involves a process of reform started from Pope Francis pontificate. This reform seeks to answer to the aim and spirit of this body that is a help to the Church supreme authority. Following a chronological standard this article acknowledges in the same history of the Church that the structures and their modifications have to be based in a path of judgement and adaptation to current times.	es
