La inquietud como umbral en Silvia y Bruno de Lewis Carroll : una lectura deleuziana

Abstract

Abstract: En este artículo se analizará las implicancias filosóficas del concepto inquietud que desarrolla Lewis Carroll en Silvia y Bruno. La inquietud permite el traspaso de un dominio temporal a otro, lo cual señala una ruptura en la continuidad temporal cotidiana y la irrupción de un vacío temporal no-pulsado que da lugar al acontecimiento. El análisis se llevará a cabo utilizando los diversos conceptos filosóficos que emplea Gilles Deleuze en Lógica del sentido, donde la obra de Carroll es determinante. La hipótesis aquí planteada, entonces, es que la inquietud sería el umbral a través del cual el narrador de la historia se adentra en un mundo feérico/onírico sin abandonar el plano cotidiano, por lo que un tiempo no-pulsado, propio del acontecimiento debe ser posible.

Abstract: This paper will analyze the philosophical implications of the concept of eeriness that Lewis Carroll develops in Sylvie and Bruno. Eeriness allows the transfer from one temporal domain to another, which signals a rupture in the everyday temporal continuity and the irruption of a non-pulsed temporal vacuum that gives place to the event. The analysis will be carried out using the various philosophical concepts that Gilles Deleuze employs in The Logic of Sense, were Carroll’s work is decisive. The hypothesis put forward here, then, is that eeriness would be the threshold through which the narrator of the story enters a fairytale-like/dreamlike world without abandoning the everyday plane, so that a non-pulsed time, proper to the event, must be possible.
