Abstract

Resumen: El objeto de este artículo será reflexionar sobre los impactos que los robots tienen en nuestro sistema jurídico en materia de responsabilidad civil y daños, y dirimir si los ordenamientos jurídicos vigentes están calificados para afrontar una regulación en el campo de la robótica o si debiéramos pensar una disciplina jurídica autónoma. Abstract: The purpose of this article will be to reflect on the impacts that robots have on our legal system in terms of civil liability and damages, and to decide if the current legal systems are qualified to face a regulation in the field of robotics or if we should think about a autonomous legal discipline.
