Resumen:El objetivo del proyecto de investigación será estudiar los procesos de transposición de textos literarios de autores argentinos en el contexto de industrias cinematográficas extranjeras (europeas, latinoamericanas y asiáticas). La propuesta es analizar cómo narrativas inscriptas en otros contextos culturales se apropian de textos emblemáticos de la literatura argentina y los resignifican. Concebimos los procesos de adaptación en un marco doble: el de las narrativas transmediáticas (Jenkins, 2008), y el de la transculturación (Rama, 1987).Algunas preguntas que orientan esta investigación son: ¿Qué cruces entre literatura argentina y cine internacional se han dado a lo largo del último siglo? ¿Qué escritores argentinos y qué textos de la literatura nacional han generado interés por parte de directores o industrias cinematográficas extranjeras? ¿Qué aspectos de esos textos son retomados en las transposiciones creadas para públicos no argentinos? ¿De qué manera se resignifican los textos de la literatura nacional en otros contextos culturales? ¿Qué narrativas transmediáticas se han construido a partir de estos textos literarios?La evolución de las prácticas culturales –series de televisión, comedias musicales, fanfictions, videojuegos, aplicaciones informáticas– y la multiplicación de soportes han puesto en primer plano la relación entre la literatura y otras formas narrativas. En este contexto cobra relevancia el estudio de las adaptaciones trasnacionales de la literatura argentina: en esos procesos de transposición no solo se ponen en diálogo dos textos, sino dos (o más) tradiciones culturales, que se nutren y se reconfiguran mutuamente.Los mecanismos de transposición han sido objeto de vastos desarrollos teóricos: cabe mencionar, entre otros, los trabajos de Sánchez Noriega (2000), Cleder y Wagner (2017), Fumagalli (2015) o Sabouraud (2010). El objetivo de este proyecto es abordar la adaptación en el marco más amplio de procesos de transculturación desde la cultura argentina hacia culturas diferentes.Abstract:The objective of this research project will be to study the processes of adaptation of literary texts by Argentine authors in the context of foreign film industries (European, Latin American and Asian). The aim is to analyze how narratives from other cultural contexts appropriate of emblematic texts of Argentine literature and resignify them. We conceive the adaptation processes in a double framework: that of transmedia narratives (Jenkins, 2008), and that of transculturation (Rama, 1987).Some questions that guide this research are: What intersections between Argentine literature and international cinema have occurred throughout the last century? What Argentine writers and what texts from national literature have generated interest from foreign directors or film industries? What aspects of these texts are taken up in the transpositions created for non-Argentine audiences? In what way are the texts of national literature resignified in other cultural contexts? What transmedia narratives have been constructed from these literary texts?The evolution of cultural practices –television series, musical comedies, fanfictions, video games, computer applications– and the multiplication of media have brought to the fore the relationship between literature and other narratives. In this context, the study of transnational adaptations of Argentine literature becomes relevant: in these transposition processes, not only two texts are brought into dialogue, but two (or more) cultural traditions, which nurture and reconfigure each other.The mechanisms of transposition have been the subject of vast theoretical developments: among others, the works of Sánchez Noriega (2000), Cleder and Wagner (2017), Fumagalli (2015) or Sabouraud (2010) should be mentioned. The objective of this project is to address adaptation within the broader framework of transculturation processes from Argentine culture into different cultures.
