El proyecto contó con financiamiento de la Asociación de Sociología de la Religión de a través del Joseph H. Fichter Research Grant. Su objetivo fue estudiar el camino que llevó a dos congregaciones religiosas femeninas a vivir y trabajar con los pobres en Argentina.
