We beliebe that at the outset of the twenty first century a reflection about the beliefs, personality traits, altitudes, feelings, values, behavior and activities which distinguish women from men could make us think about the product of a long social building historical process. This process generates differences between the two genders but, at the same time, those differences represent inequalities and hieerarchies between them. To review the features with which our culture leaves its trace in the constitution of gender means to question the traditional paradigms on which we have buit our discourse about feminineness and masculineness up to the present. In this sense, this presentation considers an analysis ofthe operations of the difference and of the formas in whicho meanings are put to woek in a text by Sophocles, Oedipus at Colonus.2001-01-01T00:00:00ZHathor y las regiones extranjeras durante el reino medio egipcioFlammini, RoxanaGestoso Singer, Gracielahttps://repositorio.uca.edu.ar/handle/123456789/115442021-05-20T04:28:00Z2001-01-01T00:00:00ZTítulo : Hathor y las regiones extranjeras durante el reino medio egipcio

Those places (Sinai, Punt, Byblos) werw the producers of the "prestige goods" that Egypt needed. Hathor was also strongly connected with kingship from early times, and sometimes was represented as the king's mother. On the other band, Egypt needed those prestige goods to maintain its sociopolitical system, especially those aspects related to the elites behavior. These goods carne to Egypt by different ways, but they must be presented to the Pharaoh before its entrance and acceptance in Kemet (Egypt itself, the zone watered by the Nile flood) due to an Egyptian ideological aspect: the outer part (out of Egypt, foreing) meant "chao s" while the inner (Kemet) "maat" -arder. Order in front of chaos. The foreing goods produced in the "chaotic" zone had to be presented in situ to the Pharaoh or to someone strongly associated with him in order to be transformed: the goodess Hathor.2001-01-01T00:00:00ZUn poema neolatino a una erupción del EtnaLavalle, Raúlhttps://repositorio.uca.edu.ar/handle/123456789/115432021-05-20T04:27:55Z2001-01-01T00:00:00ZTítulo : Un poema neolatino a una erupción del Etna
